I’m Karen Wilcox, though these days, I proudly go by LadyKaren. Over the years, I have embraced many roles—wife, mother, grandmother, healer, and holistic practitioner. My journey has been shaped by life’s trials, transforming hardships into wisdom and strength.
Finding Peace in the Woods
Seeking tranquility, I left the familiar landscapes of Florida behind to create a sanctuary in the heart of Mississippi’s woodlands. This transition wasn’t just about solitude—it was a profound exploration of self-discovery and healing. Like many others, I faced loss and uncertainty in the post-pandemic world, but I knew my mission was to guide others toward wellness.
A Vision of Healing & Transformation
Recently, I achieved a significant milestone—earning my Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Complementary and Alternative Medicine. This accomplishment strengthens my ability to help others on their healing journeys and fuels my mission to create a retreat-style facility where individuals can experience a Health Reboot—restoring balance to the mind, body, and spirit.

What started as a simple idea blossomed into a thriving home-based holistic wellness business. Over the years, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of alternative healing, ensuring that every individual finds renewal, relaxation, and restoration through my services.

I was guided into this field through what I can only describe as divine intervention. A mistaken massage appointment led me to Irene’s Myomassology Institute, where I discovered my true calling. Without hesitation, I enrolled in the Accelerated Program, launching a life dedicated to healing.
Through years of practice and continued learning, I’ve expanded my expertise to include:

The vision for my Forest of Rejuvenation is growing every day! While my retreat space is a work in progress, I currently offer options for those seeking a peaceful escape in nature.
At the moment, visitors can choose between:

- Limited Availability of Electric & Water Hookups—for individuals with their own RV or camper
As the retreat continues to evolve, I look forward to offering even more structured healing experiences designed for deep rejuvenation and holistic wellness.

At Tippah County Wellness, I believe in creating personalized wellness experiences designed for each individual’s unique needs. My approach to massage therapy is deeply customized, focusing on what each person’s body requires to find balance, relief, and restoration. Whether someone seeks relaxation, pain relief, or rejuvenation, I use a variety of techniques—from deep tissue to stretching and shiatsu—to help them achieve optimal wellness.
